Fantastic Selection of Stall Holders

This year, we’re once again bringing together an incredible line-up of stall holders from all over Deeside and the North East, each offering a unique range of local products and festive delights. Explore beautifully crafted gifts, decorations, candles, soaps, art and treats to make your Christmas extra special. From handmade jewellery to artisanal crafts and cosy winter wear, you’re sure to find something for everyone on your list.

Dog Friendly

We love seeing your furry friends- especially in their Santa Jumpers! Well behaved dogs on leads are more than welcome to join the festive fun.

Parking

Parking is available for the event, and our marshals will direct you upon arrival. As parking is limited, we kindly ask that you limit the number of vehicles you bring where possible. If the area outside the ballroom is full, you will be guided to one of our other nearby car parks.

Post Your Letter to Santa

After the success and positive feedback of the letter drop last year, we’re thrilled to invite your family again to enjoy our magical Santa Letter Trail—a fun, festive activity for kids (and adults!) that’s sure to get everyone into the holiday spirit. Here’s how it works:

1) Write the Letter

Before the Fair, have your child write their letter to Santa/Father Christmas. They should include their full name, address, a list of their Christmas wishes, and a few good deeds they’ve done this year so we can reference them in the reply.

2) Prepare the Envelope

Address the envelope to:

Santa/Father Christmas, Santa's Grotto, North Pole, XM4 5HQ.

Write their name and address on the back of the envelope

3) Get a Stamp at the Fair

When you arrive at the Fair, stop by Glen Tanar’s stall to pick up a special 'stamp' (a small fee helps cover the magic of Santa’s reply - £2).

4) Follow the Santa Letter Trail

Take the short, signposted walk through the enchanting ballroom gardens to find Santa’s letterbox and post your letter.

Every letter will receive a personal reply from Santa himself! While he won’t reveal any specific presents, he’ll let your child know he’s excited to make a special stop at their home on Christmas Eve and will acknowledge the good deeds they’ve done this year.

Enjoy the magic, and we can’t wait to see your family at the Fair!
