Riding

Set in a peaceful location of outstanding natural beauty in the Cairngorms National Park, Glentanar Equestrian Centre offers safe, quality riding along riverside, woodland and mountain trails. Magnificent scenery is further enhanced by abundant wildlife including red and roe deer, red squirrel, capercaillie, golden eagle, osprey and buzzard.

One hour rides take you round the loch, into the Ancient Wood of Caledon, along and through the Water of Tanar. Two hour rides pass through the river and woodland up into the mountains to enjoy spectacular views.
