Golf

Glen Tanar is surrounded by wonderful golf courses, providing interesting play and set in beautiful scenery. All courses welcome visitors, except Balmoral which is by invitation only. In May each year, Ballater Golf Club is host to Royal Deeside Golf Week and in July the Royal Deeside Golf Classic is run over 4 courses at Braemar, Ballater, Aboyne and Banchory.
