Ground floor features a spacious sitting room with wood burning stove and double sofa bed, satellite freeview TV, VCR and DVD. The large modern fitted kitchen/dining room includes an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility room has a freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is a bathroom with a separate shower and a cloakroom.

The first floor features a large double bedroom with king size bed and two twin bedded rooms with separate shower room and WC.

There is oil central heating throughout. Linen, towels and logs provided.

There is private parking and a dog kennel in the garden.
