Completely renovated in 2007 this luxury cottage was formerly the house of the Butler to Lord Glentanar. It is set in the heart of Glen Tanar, in close proximity to the ballroom, the trout loch, the equestrian centre and forest walks.
Ground floor features a sitting room with wood burning stove, single sofa bed, freeview TV and DVD.
The large kitchen/dining room has a fully fitted kitchen to a very high standard. It has an electric hob and double oven, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. There is oil central heating. The adjoining sitting room has freeview satellite TV.
There is a double bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with separate shower and under floor heating.
A large walk in cupboard features a drinks fridge.
On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room with WC.
There is an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue area.
